1. I'll only pick 14 players maximum each week - I don't believe in bringing anyone down and for them not to get a game.
(judging by last year, it's unlikely we'll get more then 14 available players anyway on a regular basis)
2. Despite not being able to have rotating subs, I'll try and give everyone at least 30 minutes playing time.
3. If you're a sub one week, you will get a full game the week after wherever possible.
4. I'll send out a mail on Monday morning asking for available players and then let you all know the squad by Thursday morning.
5. If I do get more than 14, then I'll pick 14 and keep the rest on standby in case of drop outs (highly unlikely scenario)
6. Please give me as much notice as possible if you can't play - unless it's a genuine emergency.
7. Please arrive at the ground before 9.45am as we will be fined if we're late to kick off.
(if you're late, without a good excuse, then you will probably find yourself on the bench)
8. Please play the game in a good spirit, you can now be yellow or red carded which will be expensive (£10 yellow & £40 for a red)!
That's about it really, the intention is to enjoy this first season, but if you find it's becoming too serious or I'm not rotating the squad equally, then talk to me and I'll listen.
